How do I return an item?

Non-returnable orders:

Ø  Custom or special orders

Ø  Installed, used or disassembled items

Ø  Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, coils, blowers, relays, etc.)

All returns must meet the below listed criteria to be accepted & processed:

Ø  Must have an RMA number assigned (RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization)

Ø  Must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

Ø  Are not used, installed, or disassembled

Ø  Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

Ø  Are in the original packaging

Ø  Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the products and verified that your return meets the above requirements, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Costs of Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund amount will be deducted the original actual shipping and handling costs, that is, even if the item was listed as FREE shipping, the actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

RESTOCKING FEES

A restocking fee of 30% of the cost of the item can be applied to the following:

     Ø  Products not returned in the original condition

Ø  Inspected items returned were found to not be at fault or damaged (an additional 15% fee will be added)
